I was subsequently contacted a few days later that an e class vehicle couldn't accommodate the number of persons and bags I indicated. As such, I had to reserve a larger vehicle for an additional 30 pounds. The system shouldn't allow one to make a reservation of this nature, if it can't accommodate it."
