"When I booked the trip, I indicated that I had 3 passengers with 4 suitcases and 3 shoulder bags. I booked an e class vehicle. I was subsequently contacted a few days later that an e class vehicle couldn't accommodate the number of persons and bags I indicated. As such, I had to reserve a larger vehicle for an additional 30 pounds. The system shouldn't allow one to make a reservation of this nature, if it can't accommodate it."

" Allen arrived at 9.25 as requested in spite of a slight misdirection on the satnav, but he telephoned for confirmation of the position of the house which was close to where he had been directed. We had a good and pleasant journey with Allen and would certainly book him another time, particularly if we had a group of people travelling with us. "
